　　2019年受聘担任中共中央党校（国家行政学院）行政财务部法律顾问。2017一2021年连续被中共北京市朝阳区律协委员会评为＂优秀共产党员”。2022年评为影响中国2022年度法制新闻人物。2022年与毛伟律师创办了中国社会科学院大学法学院＂伟志宪尊奖学金＂项目，为国家培养高素质法律人才贡献一份力量。刘志民被中国诗歌春晚组委会评为2022年度“全国十佳诗人”，2023年中国诗歌春晚舞台上，刘志民创作的散文诗《雪花》由中国著名青年朗诵艺术家隋源老师精彩演绎。2023年7月23日刘志民的新创著作《心灵感悟》由人民日报出版社出版，新书发布会暨京师律所刘志民律师诗词专场朗诵会在北京京师律师大厦成功举办。

　　In 2019, he was employed as the legal adviser of the Administrative Finance Department of the Central Party School of the Chinese Communist Party (National Academy of Governance). From 2017 to 2021, he was continuously awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member" by the Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association Committee of the Communist Party of China. In 2022, he was rated as a person who influenced China's legal system in 2022. In 2022, he founded the "Weizhi Xianzun Scholarship" project of Law School of University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with lawyer Mao Wei, contributing to the cultivation of high-quality legal talents in China. Liu Zhimin was named one of the "Top Ten Poets in China" by the Organizing Committee of the Chinese Poetry Spring Festival Gala in 2022. On the stage of the 2023 Chinese Poetry Spring Festival Gala, Liu Zhimin's prose poem "Snowflake" was beautifully performed by the famous Chinese young recitation artist, Teacher Sui Yuan. On July 23, 2023, Liu Zhimin's newly created work "Spiritual Perception" was published by People's Daily Publishing House. The new book press conference and the special recitation of Liu Zhimin's lawyer's poetry by Jingshi Law Firm were successfully held at the Jingshi Law Firm in Beijing.
